Why? The word that, perhaps more than any other, helps to clarify business thinking - and drive successful decision-making. In the search to explore all your options, we will ask it often. And then we will listen. Sometimes the best answer is not the most immediate.
Our founding vision was to offer high quality professional accounting and business development services and expertise to clients in a more customer focused environment than large accounting firms. This vision influences how we work with our clients.
One key frustration most people have with their accountant is lack of accessibility. We have addressed this issue in a number of ways.

A Curtis McLean director will have overall responsibility for your business with a manager who supervises progress and a team member to do any routine work. With this structure we can target our team to best answer your needs, while helping manage your costs. Crucially, the director will remain accessible to you. They will be available to meet with you face to face, they will answer your calls, and they will know your business.
Our size ensures that we are small enough to be responsive to our clients needs but large enough to have the expertise and resources to handle more difficult issues.

Because we are not auditors we have no such conflict. We are happy to prepare your Financial Statements and work with your existing auditor or arrange for an audit of your accounts by an independent third party.
